An accomplished intuitive healer, Kim Grace draws from a wealth of experience in a variety of alternative therapies grounded with traditional physical and occupational therapies. 

Integrating mind, body and spirit, Kim assists individuals in understanding, improving and seeking their own personal wellness.  With a deep belief that it is possible for everyone to live to their fullest healing potential, she seeks to provide curative offerings on all levels so that clients may move forward on their own journey of health.  

Kim's passion infuses treatment modalities such as Integrative Manual Therapy, Zero Balancing and Matrix Energetics with spiritual wisdom and compassion in a safe, welcoming space.  Her practice of Integrative Manual Therapy originated at the Institute of Integrative Manual Therapy in Bloomfield, CT.  She studied Zero Balancing through the Zero Balance Health Association in Columbia, MD with Dr. Fritz Smith; and she is a Matrix Energetics Certified Practitioner.

In addition to over 23 years of traditional and alternative healing, Kim is owner of Grace Wellness and co-founder of Elements of Enlightenment. Held on Lake Winnepesaukee each year, Elements of Enlightenment is a weekend spiritual retreat combining wellness-oriented experiential workshops, alternative healing options, spa treatments and endless opportunities for personal growth in a fun and relaxing environment.  To experience a session with Kim is to explore true wellness.

Licensed Massage Therapist

A dedicated Massage Therapist, Nicole Buttermore has been practicing therapeutic massage for ten years. Trained at Macintosh College, she has certificates in sports and neuromuscular massage; pregnancy, pre and post pregnancy massage; ana shiatsu massage; Thai massage; and hot stone massage.
She works extensively with local triathletes, provides chair massage for local businesses, and for the past four years has been a massage practitioner at the Elements of Enlightenment Retreat.  

From deep tissue and pain management to stress relief and relaxation, Nicole strives to tailor her extensive knowledge of multiple massage techniques to the needs of each individual client.

Dr. Robban A. Sica, MD

Holistic MD

Dr. Robban A. Sica graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toledo and received her doctorate from the Medical College of Ohio in 1982. Since graduation, years of passionate study evolved into Dr. Sica’s integrative approach which is a successful model for assessing and addressing the patient’s health conditions by identifying underlying stressors originating from all aspects: spiritual, emotional, physical, and social. Dr. Sica is the founder, president, and medical director of an innovative and very successful integrative practice of natural and alternative medicine, The Center for the Healing Arts, PC in Orange, CT. Since 1992, Dr. Sica and her staff maintain a high standard of delivering truly integrative and preventive medicine and are dedicated to development of a new model for medical practice. Dr. Sica successfully integrates her background study including holistic medicine, anti-aging, natural hormone replacement and endocrine problems, nutrition/vitamin supplementation including natural alternatives to medication, allergies and environmental medicine, heavy metal toxicity, chelation therapy, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, treatment of chronic illnesses, and other innovative therapies. She is certified by the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine and the American Board of Clinical Metal Toxicology, as well as in Advanced Longevity Medicine and Chelation Therapy. She has served as an instructor for the University of Bridgeport College Of Naturopathic Medicine (teaching intravenous nutrition and chelation therapy) since 2007.

Judy Cook
Occupational Therapist

Ms. Judy Cook has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years in the Lakes Region, and over 30 years within the New England area.  Recently having gone back to school, to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition Judy has become a Certified IN Health Coach.  Judy is trained with a nutritional background and an emphasis on coaching clients to make the desired lifestyle changes to achieve balance, a sense of inner peace and greater health.   This is achieved as clients learn to balance their primary and secondary foods:  career, physical activity, spirituality, relationships and the food they eat. 

Judy’s skills as an Occupational Therapist include working with multiple diagnoses or complaints related to the Upper Body including neck, shoulder, elbow and hand.

The philosophy behind Judy’s practice is grounded in offering her clients a holistic balanced approach.  She focuses on the whole person, which is what maximizes the results she assists her clients in achieving.  Through her extensive experience in the field of Occupational Therapy she is known to have an amazing ability to see the needs of her clients from varied perspectives.  She has a warm, friendly rapport with clients and is willing to meet them where they are at.

Judy is a sought after educator and lecturer to include topics such as body mechanics, ergonomics, nutritional choices, and mindfulness.

When not working Judy continues to give of her time to various programs within the community.  As a community volunteer she is a swim coach for Gilford High School and the Lakes Region Wavemakers.  She also assists with costuming for the Gilford High School Performing Arts Department, and is a Gilford Community Church Youth Mentor.

Pam Seed
Reiki Master Teacher

Pam is a Reiki Master Teacher and Energy Coach with 35 years of experience in the study and practice of spiritual healing arts. Pam has been trained in the traditional and independent Reiki traditions as well as Karuna Reiki, Matrix Energetics, Chakra Clearing, Integrated Awareness Technique of intuitive spiritual awareness, Mindfulness Meditation, herbalism, the Emotion Code and Emotion Free Techniques.

She is a Brain Gym instructor which is a movement based learning enhancement program, and is a clinically certified Speech Language Pathologist.

Pam offers Reiki and Energy Clearing sessions at Grace Awareness Center, Meredith, New Hampshire including classes in Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki Masters Levels and Movement for Health.  Pam incorporates a wide range of healing modalities in her sessions including Reiki, chakra clearing, energy balancing, Solfeggio musical scales, essential oils, reflex activation points, crystals and is guided by the individual needs of her clients.
